구성원 스스로가 자신의 사생활 및 직업 생활에 있어서, 그 누구보다 잘 알고 있는 전문가로서 존종하며, 모든 사람은 창의적이고, 완전성을 추구하고자 하는 욕구가 있으며, 누구나 내면에 자신의 문제를 스스로 해결할 수 있는 자원을 자지고 있다고 믿는다.

Members themselves believe that they exist as experts who know better than anyone else in their personal and professional lives, that everyone is creative, has a desire to pursue perfection, and that everyone has the resources to solve their problems on their own.

 

모든 사람은 온전하고(Holistic), 해답을 내부에 가지고 있는(Resourceful), 창의적인(Creative) 존재로 본다 (ICF)

Everyone sees it as a whole, creative being with the answer inside
